If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pærson Finance ("we", "us", or "our"). Pærson Finance reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use Pærson Finance's services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts • Not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where access to our services is prohibited • Not be listed on any sanctions list maintained by OFAC, the EU, UN, or equivalent authorities • Successfully complete our KYC/AML verification process By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

To access certain features, you must register for a Pærson Finance account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password and two-factor authentication credentials secure and confidential • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account Pærson Finance reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Pærson Finance offers tiered investment instruments — Growth, Premium, and Elite — each with defined capital requirements and daily ROI rates. By participating, you acknowledge that: • Investment returns are subject to market conditions and are not guaranteed • Past performance is not indicative of future results • Pærson Finance makes no guarantee regarding the future value of any investment • Deposits are subject to the terms and conditions of each instrument tier • You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials • Pærson Finance is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access

You agree not to: • Use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law • Attempt to manipulate markets, prices, or trading volumes • Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data without permission • Impersonate any person or entity, including Pærson Finance employees • Engage in any form of market manipulation

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property on the Pærson Finance platform are owned by or licensed to Pærson Finance. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Investing through Pærson Finance involves significant risk, including: • Loss of investment: investment values can decrease substantially • Regulatory risk: laws governing investment platforms are evolving and may adversely affect our services • Technology risk: platform systems may experience disruptions or outages • Liquidity risk: it may not always be possible to withdraw funds immediately • Market risk: investment markets are inherently volatile By using our services, you confirm that you understand and accept these risks. Pærson Finance does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pærson Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Pærson Finance's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you deposited with Pærson Finance in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pærson Finance and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity connected to your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under LCIA Rules, with proceedings in London in the English language. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.
